The Grind
I was the guy who looked like he had it all figured out.
Successful career in medical device product development. Then a coveted role leading training and coaching programs at Google programs that won awards. On the outside, I was high-performing. On the inside, I was falling apart.
I was trying to build my dreams with the leftover scraps of my time and energy. Nights and weekends. Squeezed in between everything else that "had to" come first. The result? Burnout. Real burnout. The kind that doesn't fix itself with a vacation.
The Quest
That burnout sent me on a quest.
Why do high-achievers stall out? Why do people with every external advantage still feel stuck? Why does motivation work for some people and fail others? I spent years studying performance psychology, Islamic philosophy, neuroscience, and human behavior, coaching hundreds of high-achievers along the way.
What I found wasn't a hack. It was a root problem I'd been ignoring. Along the way I was also diagnosed with ADHD: during the burnout, not before it, which reframed a lot of my own story. What I eventually built was the UNCOIL Method, a six-pillar framework for removing the inner blocks that strategy alone can't touch. Not motivation. Not willpower. Actual capacity, built from the inside.
