Kareem Elsayed is a Certified Coach who helps Muslim individuals, organizations, and businesses unlock peak performance by integrating psychology, neuroscience, spirituality, and high-performance methodologies.

After a successful career in medical product development, Kareem joined Google, where he spent eight years leading award-winning learning teams to deliver training and coaching programs. But his personal struggles with anxiety, depression, and corporate burnout set him on a quest of self-discovery to understand "Why am I like this?" Ultimately he uncovered how trauma and the nervous system are at the root of human behavior. By addressing them, he rebuilt his health, relationships, and career, creating a business aligned with his spiritual values, and has now dedicated his life to bringing that healing and growth back to the Muslim community.

Kareem is a Certified High Performance Coach, Certified Brain Health Professional, Certified Functional Life Coach, and graduate of the Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Program. A devoted husband and father of two darling boys, Kareem also serves as Executive Director of the Association for Muslim Advancement (AMA), an incubator for social good, and the Bay Area Muslim Council (BAMC), a grassroots civic engagement organization.
